This mine is made up of a large adit driven into the west side of Burgess Ridge, & a large dump located beside a pond about 35 meters from the adit.
The mine is within a northeasterly trending body of syenitic gneisses & pink & white leuco-syenite pegmatite. These syenites along with granitic rock, form the Burgess Ridge.
