A former U-V-Mo-Cu mine discovered by Charles Huskon.

Mineralization is uraninite, uranophane & carnotite with gangue minerals in elliptical and saucer shaped orebodies. Alteration is comprised of haloes of jarosite, hydrous iron oxides and sericitized feldspar and an increase of Mo near the ore. Uranium is concentrated in the ower part of sandy/silty lenses in 250 foot by 20 foot scours, some near fossil wood. The highest grade is at the base of the scours in carbonaceous material. Host rock is the Deception rhyolite, Cleopatra quartz porphyry and an unknown metabasalt.
