Blue Mts. of east Jamaica.
Early Cretaceous accretion prism/subduction complex of island-arc system.
Tholeiitic HP-LT (2.6-3.5 kb, 235-240 °C) blueschists (meta-basalts, gabbros and peridotites, metaepiclastites, meta cherts, marbles, etc.), low-grade greenschists and calcalkaline hornblende-biotite-plagioclase amphibolites (mafic to quartzofeldspathic schists / Westphalia schists).
