Located 2.5 km WNW of Baveno. Pegmatic pods in granite, miarolitic cavities in aplite and granophyric granite. Quarries on east slope of mountain and in outcrop. Area is about the same as Seula and Locatelli quarries and the complete list of mineral occurrences is practically the same (see: http://www.mindat.org/loc-2103.html)
