A former crushed stone deposit/pit operation located in the N½ sec. 26, T1N, R2W, MDM, 1.2 km (0.7 mile; 3,900 feet) E of Walnut Creek. Operated by Gallagher and Burke. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. Inactive. Material was used locally as fill and road base.

Local rocks include Plio-Pleistocene and Pliocene loosely consolidated deposits.

Workings include surface openings comprised of a pit.
