A reported placer Au occurrence/claim located in the SW¼SE¼ sec. 27, T10N, R10E, MDM, 2.1 km (1.3 miles) NE of Kingsville, on the N side of Dry Creek. Property is comprised of 40 acres. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains).
