A Cu occurrence/prospect located in sec. 13, T9N, R11E, MDM, about 2 km SE of Logtown (site), W of Martinez Creek (2 miles NE of Outingdale), on private land. Operated by Robert L. Cameron, et al. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in schist and slate. The ore body is 1.07 meters wide (thick ??). Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges) and/or Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings with a length of 70.1 meters and comprised of a 80 foot shaft and a 150 foot crosscut adit.
Analytical data results: 4 to 24% Cu.
