A Ag-Cu occurrence located in T7S, R34E, MDM, about 3.6 km SW of Black Canyon Spring, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10,000 meters (sic). There is obvious doubt regarding the exact location of this occurrence.

Local rocks include Cambrian marine rocks.
