A Ag prospect located in sec. 14, T7S, R34E, MDM, 2.0 km (1.3 miles) S of Black Canyon Spring (coordinates of record) and 2.1 km (1.3 miles) WSW of Sierra View (coordinates of record), on National Forest wilderness land (Black Canyon Roadless Area Review & Evaluation (RARE II) Area). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Cambrian marine rocks.
