A former Cu mine located in secs. 26, 27, 34 & 35, T24N, R3E, SBM, 1.5 km (1.0 mile) SW of Greenwater and 4.0 km (2.5 miles) SE of Furnace, on the eastern margin of the Black Mountains, on private (patented) property within a National Park Service wilderness area (Death Valley National Park/Death Valley Wilderness). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Local rocks include Tertiary volcanic flow rocks, unit 16 (Northern Mojave Desert).

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
