Zlaté Hory ore district is part of the metamorphosed Devonian volcano-sedimentary complex on the slope of Variscian accretion zone. Stratabound sulphidic ore bodies (gold-bearing) with predominant pyrite are displaced in the form of disseminated, banded and massive textures.
