A stone (crushed/broken) deposit/quarry located in sec. 24, T11N, R14W, SBM, about 16 km SE of Tehachapi, S of the mouth of Oak Creek Canyon, on the E margin of the Tehachapi Mountains. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Local rocks include limestone of probable Paleozoic or Mesozoic age.

Workings include unspecified surface openings (presumably quarry operations - the topo map reflects a very large shaded area marked as "quarries.")
