A Cu occurrence located in sec. 24, T11N, R8W, MDM, 3.4 km (2.1 miles) NE of Castle Rock Springs, and 500 feet W of the Copper Prince Mine. NOTE: MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 1,000 meters. Operated by Mr. Ed Reynolds.

Mineralization is associated with rocks of the Franciscan Complex, unit 1 (Coast Ranges).

Workings include surface opening(s).
