A Cr occurrence located in the center of SW¼ (assumed) sec. 33, T12N, R5W, MEDM, 7.5 km (4.6 miles) WNW of Knoxville (Napa County).

Mineralization is hosted in serpentinite. Associated rocks are the Franciscan melange.
