Mineralization is a vein deposit with a 14 inch (35 cm) thick vein. The ore body dips 60W at a thickness of 0.36 meter. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 6.1 meters and comprised of a 20 foot deep shaft.
