A former Zn-Cu-Pb-Au-Ag mine located in sec. 30, T4S, R16E, MDM, 3 miles N of Hornitos.

Mineralization is a replacement deposit (Deposit Model: 184: Massive sulfide, kuroko), hosted in schist and greenstone.

Related tectonic structures include an island arc.
