Mineralization is a vein deposit with 2 veins, hosted in porphyry. The ore body strikes N and dips 45E at a thickness of 0.41 meter. The veins have a porphyry hanging wall and a mariposite footwall. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings with a total length of 254.51 meters and an overall depth of 86.87 meters and comprised of 1 incline plus 550 feet of drifts.
