Mineralization is a vein deposit with a 2 foot (0.61 meter) thick vein, hosted in granite. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).
Workings include surface and underground openings with a total length of 15.24 meters and comprised of a 50 foot tunnel & short drifts.
