A W occurrence located in secs. 14, 15 & 22, T8N, R22E, MDM, 3.5 km (2.2 miles) SW of Coleville, along the NW margin of the Little Antelope Valley. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 5,000 meters.
Mineralization is a tactite deposit hosted in Late Cambrian limestone. Local rocks include Cretaceous marine rocks (in part nonmarine), unit 2 (West Walker River).
Paul E. Brown, et al, made application for a DMEA loan. Less than 10 short tons (2,000 pounds), contained W (1,261 S.T.U. WO3).
