A W occurrence located in sec. 35, T8N, R23E, MDM, 4.4 km (2.7 miles) SSW of Wild Horse Mountain (coordinates of record), along South Fork Rock Creek, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in granite. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
