A W-Ag occurrence/prospect located in sec. 32, T4S, R29E, MDM, 1.5 km (5,000 feet) E of McGee Mountain (coordinates of record) and 7.2 km (4.5 miles) W of Aspen Springs (town), along McGee Creek, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Silurian and/or Ordovician marine rocks, unit 2 (Bishop).
