A Au prospect located in sec. 16, T26N, R8E, MDM, 0.1 km (400 feet) ENE of Seneca, along the North Fork Feather River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).

Workings include surface and underground openings.
