A former clay deposit/mine located in sec. 4 & in the SE¼SE¼ sec. 5, T4S, R7W, SBM, about 6.6 km WSW of Corona (center), along both sides of Maybe Canyon, on private (patented) land within a National Forest area. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is a sedimentary clay deposit. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 4 (Peninsular Ranges).
Workings include unspecified surface and underground openings.
