A former Hg mine located in the NE¼SE¼ sec. 32, T17S, R12E, MDM, 2.3 km (7,500 feet) SSE (1 air mile) of New Idria.

Mineralization is hosted in the Panoche Formation Upper Cretaceous, shale & sandstone; Franciscan sediments & serpentine, Panoche Formation, Franciscan Jurassic sandstone and serpentine.

Local structures include the N70W Coalinga Anticline New Idria thrust fault, tear fault zone.

DIREXPL DMEA found no reserves in 1955.
