A Cu occurrence/prospect located in sec. 22, T32S, R47E, MDM, 1.5 km (0.9 mile) E of Williams Well (coordinates of record) and 3.9 km (2.4 miles) N of Lane Mountain (coordinates of record). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in granite. The deposit is comprised of a copper stained aplite dike occurring along a shear zone in weathered granite. Local rocks include Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).

Workings include surface and underground openings. The property was explored for 400 yards along strike by an 80 foot inclined shaft and surface pits (the topo map reflects 2 shaft symbols and 8 prospect pit symbols in a line).
