An Fe-Cu occurrence/mine located in secs. 11 & 12, T11N, R7E, SBM, NE of Yermo; also, ½ mile N of the Union Pacific Railroad and 20 miles SW of Baker.

Mineralization is a replacement deposit hosted in marble, quartzite and gneiss.

Local structures include anticlinally folded rocks.

Reserve-Resource data are found in: S.P. Land Co. (1964).
