A former Au-Ag occurrence/mine located 5.7 km (3.6 miles) SSE of Havasu Palms. Owned and operated by J.P. & Ruth Hinds (100%), Parker, Arizona 85344 (1980). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is . U.S. Bureau of Mines statistical files list production for the years 1906, 1923, 1935, 1940 and 1941.

This property was examined in conjunction with the mineral appraisal of the Whipple Mountains Wilderness Study Area (Bureau of Land Management) in 1980. Backup information can be found in the WFOC mineral property files.

The ore body is tabular in a shear zone. The primary mode of origin was hydrothermal activity. Primary ore control was fracturing and the secondary control was faulting. Wallrock alteration is slight (propylitic). Local rocks include Precambrian igneous and metamorphic rock complex.
