A former Au occurrence/mine located in the S½ sec. 23, T3N, R21E, SBM, 3.5 km (2.2 miles) NE of Mopah Spring (coordinates of record) (6.5 miles W of Pyramid Butte). The property is comprised of 10 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in granite. The ore body strikes E and dips 30S at a thickness of 0.61 meter. The deposit is comprised of 3 parallel veins at 18 inches to 2 feet (45 to 61 cm) thick and 30 feet apart. Local rocks include Tertiary volcanic flow rocks, unit 16 (Northern Mojave Desert).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 100 foot incline with 100 feet of drifts on the 50 foot level plus a 150 foot shaft 32,000 feet W of the incline.
