A former Pb-Ag occurrence/mine located in sec. 4, T5N, R17E, SBM, 1.3 km (0.8 mile) SSW of Carbonate Peak (coordinates of record). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in metamorphic rock. Local rocks include Precambrian rocks, undivided, unit 2 (Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include underground openings comprised of 4 adits that folloow the strike of the vein.

Production reported for 1902 was $15,000 (period values).
