A former Au-Cu occurrence/mine located 0.7 km (0.4 mile) E of Stedman and 3.9 km (2.4 miles) SSW of Ragtown, in the NW¼NW¼ sec. 9, T6N, R8E, SBM. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.
Mineralization is hosted in andesite. The ore body strikes N15W and dips 50W. The deposit consists of fault breccia. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of a shallow shaft, an adit and pits.
