A Au-Ag prospect located in the SE¼SW¼ sec. 9, T7N, R22E, SBM, about 11 km SSE of Eagle Peak (7.8 miles NNW of Snaggletooth Mountain). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. This property shows limited promise.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. The ore body is lenticular in form, strikes N and dips 90 at a thickness of 2.44 meters. The vein is 25 feet long by 8 feet thick. Local rocks include Precambrian rocks, undivided, unit 2 (Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of a 30 foot shaft and a small pit.
Analytical data results: Samples assayed 0.43-0.56 ounce Au and 0.3-0.4 ounce Ag per ton.
