A former Hg mine located on the eastern extension of the Klau shear zone 3.3 km (2.0 miles) SW of Adelaida.
Mineralization is hosted in sedimentary rocks of the Franciscan Formation.
Local structures include local fracture zones.
Production data are found in: U.S. Bureau of Mines file data. In 1956, DIREXPL DMEA led to discovery of a new mineralized zone.
