Mineralization is hosted in slate and diorite. The ore body is tabular, strikes N and dips 50E at 0.36 meters thick and 36.58 meters long. The footwall is slate and the hanging wall is granite porphyry. A W-trending diorite dike 20 feet thick intrudes the vein. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).
workings include underground openings with a length of 109.73 meters and an overall depth of 45.72 meters. They are comprised of 3 adits at 50 foot vertical intervals, and lengths of 60, 120 and 180 feet, top to bottom.
