Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in rhyolite and porphyry. The ore body is tabular in form at 0.91 meters thick. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings with a total length of 914.4 meters.
The claims were developed through the No. 5 tunnel level of the Uncle Sam Mine. The trend of the tunnel is N40E. It intersects the Uncle Sam vein 1,200 feet from the portal. 350 feet beyond this vein, the quartz vein was cut.
