A former lode Au mine located in sec. 11, T32N, R6W, MDM, 1.3 km (4,300 feet) SE of South Fork Mountain (coordinates of record), along South Fork Spring Creek (section projected). Property consists of 4 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in quartz diorite with associated rhyolite. The ore body is tabular in form, strikes E and dips vertically at a thickness of 3.35 meters and a depth-to-top of 0.0 meters. A rhyolite dike occurs about 200 feet from the workings. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains) and/or Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 4 (Klamath Mountains and Northern Sierra Nevada).

Workings include underground openings consisting of 2 adits at 400 and 1,900 feet respectively.

The quartz is said to give good assays in Au.
