A former Au-Ag-Cu mine located in sec. 6, T33N, R5W, MDM, (700 feet SE of the NW corner of the township), 1.9 km (6,300 feet) SSW of Mammoth Butte (coordinates of record), on the divide between the North Fork Squaw Creek and the Mary Fork Squaw Creek. Property consists of 1 claim. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is a vein deposit. The ore body is 0.51 meters thick. The ore is Au associated with Ag and Cu sulphide. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings with an overall length of 396.24 meters, consisting of an adit along the stope stated to be 1,300 feet long.

Analytical data results: Au & Ag assayed at $8/ton (period values); Cu sulphide at 2½%.
