A Cu occurrence located in sec. 20, T34N, R3W, MDM, 1.1 km (3,500 feet) NW of Killanger Peak, along Baxters Gulch, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in porphyry. Porphyry constitutes the footwall. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings at a length of 7.62 meters.
