A Cu-Ba-Au occurrence located in secs. 5 & 6, T33N, R5W, MDM, 1.5 km (5,100 feet) SE of Mammoth Butte (coordinates of record), along Shoemaker Gulch, on National Forest land. Property copnsisted of 13 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Oxide ore carried considerable Au. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include unspecified underground openings with a total length of 304.8 meters.
