A Cu occurrence located in sec. 26, T34N, R4W, MDM, 4.7 km (2.9 miles) ESE of Sacramento Mountain (coordinates of record), on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains) and/or Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 6 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).
