Mineralization is a massive sulphide deposit hosted in rhyolite (Deposit model code 184; USGS model code 28a; Massive sulfide, kuroko). The ore body(ies) is(are) massive (tabular, lenticular) at 8 meters thick, and with a depth-to-top of 91 meters, a width of 16 meters and a length of 95 meters. The primary mode of origin was hydrothermal and the secondary mode was contact metasomatism. Primary ore control was folding and secondary was faulting. Alteration of the wallrock was moderate (argillic, propylitic and pyritization). Local rocks include carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains) and/or Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).
Local structures include faults.
Workings included unspecified underground openings.
