A Cu-Au-Ag occurrence located in sec. 24, T34N, R4W, MDM, 1.6 km (5,400 feet) S of North Gray Rocks, about 1 mile NE of the confluence of the Pit River and the McCloud River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in andesite. The ore body is 0.3 meters wide and 0.61 meters long. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Local structures include an epidote dike 8 to 15 feet wide which strikes N80E and dips vertically.

Workings include underground openings. Underground operations include 4 tunnels from 4 to 150 feet in length; a 160 foot tunnel along the dike in claim No. 2. The fracture in claim No. 2 was drifted for 30 feet at 1800 feet. A crosscut tunnel at 200 feet cut ore fissure bearing N50E.
