Mineralization is hosted in porphyry and quartzite. The ore body strikes NW and dips NE at a thickness of 1.83 meters. The hanging wall is porphyry and the footwall is quartzite. Local rocks include Triassic marine rocks, unit 2 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings 24.38 meters long and with an overall depth of 15.24 meters.
