A former lode Au-Cu mine located in secs. 1 & 2, T32N, R6W, MDM (coordinates estimated), 0.3 km (1,000 feet) ENE of Newtown. The property consisted of 2 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in quartz diorite. The ore body strikes N75W and dips 70N at a thickness of 1.37 meters. The deposit consists of 5 veins associated with sheared alaskite porphyry in quartz diorite. 4 veins are parallel. The footwall is diorite and the hanging wall is granite porphyry. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains) and/or Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 4 (Klamath Mountains and Northern Sierra Nevada).

Workings include underground openings including 3 adits totaling 1,900 feet, 1,000 feet of drifts, raises and 150 feet of stopes.
