A Cu occurrence/prospects located in sec. 9 & in the SW¼ sec. 16, T34N, R4W, MDM, 1.1 km (3,500 feet) NNW of O'Brien, just NE of the Shasta Marina & ramp, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).
