A Au occurrence located in sec. 24, T34N, R6W, MDM, 1.7 km (5,600 feet) WNW of Bohemotash Mountain (coordinates of record), in the headwaters area of Fall Creek, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).
