A former lode Au mine located in sec. 7, T30N, R7W, MDM, (coordinates estimated), 7.0 km (4.3 miles) W of Ono, along the North Fork Cottonwood Creek. Property consisted of 4 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in schist. The ore body strikes N and dips 80E at a thickness of 0.3 meters. The country rock contains quartz and calcite with auriferous stringers. The ore also occurs in vein material. Local rocks include Schist of various types and ages, unit 7 (Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 76 foot long adit and a 146 foot long adit, 102 feet of drifts and a 15 foot winze.
