A placer Au occurrence located 3.3 km (2.1 miles) ENE of Gottsville, to the E of Dutch Creek (according to the coordinates provided by the MRDS database), which is inconsistent with the description of lying on Beaver Creek, which is to the W, and would place it to the NW of Gottsville. MRDS note: Said to be 2 miles NW of Gottville on Beaver Creek, but if it is on Beaver Creek property, it would be in sec. 31, T47N, R8W, MDM, and if it is NW of Gottville, it would be in sec. 27, T47N, R8W, MDM. NOTE: The latitude coordinate provided in the MRDS database was corrected in this file from 122°42'16" to 122°49'16", which brought its location onto Beaver Creek.
