A former baryte mine located in secs. 32 & 33, T7N, R7E, HM, 0.9 km (2,800 feet) SW of Denny, along Rancheria Creek, a tributary of the New River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 5 (Klamath Mountains).
