A Cu occurrence located in secs. 6, 8 & 17 (secs. projected), T7N, R7E, HM, 4.6 km (2.9 miles) N of Denny, among unnamed tributaries of Quinby Creek, a tributary of New River, on Bureau of Land Management wilderness land (Trinity Alps Wilderness). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a narrow zone of Cu mineralization hosted in greenstone. The ore body strikes N35W and dips nearly vertical. Ore controls included a shear zone. Silicification and alteration of greenstone and other host rocks are prominent. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 9 (Western Klamath Mountains).

Workings include surface openings comprised of bulldozer cuts.
