Mineralization is hosted in granodiorite and lamprophyre. The ore body strikes N30E and dips 85SE at a thickness of 1.22 meters. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 5 (Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings comprised of 150 feet of drifts from a crosscut adit.
No special production record found. Soon after discovery, a considerable quantity of oxidized croppings were worked, yielding $700 (period values).
